Valuation Advisory Internship

6 MonthsFull-TimeAhmedabad

Samvritti offers a structured 6-month internship in Valuation Advisory for CFA Level II and Level III candidates based in Ahmedabad. The programme is designed to bridge the gap between conceptual knowledge and practical application — giving candidates meaningful exposure to real assignments across business valuation, financial analysis, and transaction advisory.

What You Will Work On

  • Private company valuations in the context of mergers, acquisitions, fundraising, and strategic transactions
  • Business valuations for regulatory, advisory, and other purposes
  • Portfolio valuations of Alternative Investment Funds
  • Relative valuation — comparable company and transaction analysis
  • Financial analysis and industry research
  • Professional deliverables across Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools used in advisory engagements

Who Should Apply

  • CFA Level II or Level III candidate
  • Based in Ahmedabad
  • Strong foundation in accounting, finance, and financial markets
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Genuinely curious and committed to building expertise in valuation

What to Expect

This is a learning-intensive programme. You will work alongside the team on live assignments, develop practical valuation skills, and build a foundation relevant to careers in Valuation Advisory, Transaction Advisory, Investment Banking, and Private Equity.

Successful interns may be considered for full-time roles subject to performance and available positions. The internship may also count toward CFA experience requirements, subject to CFA Institute eligibility criteria.

Remuneration

A stipend is offered based on candidate profile and performance during the selection process.

This opportunity is particularly suited to candidates who are looking to invest in their learning, professional development and long-term career, and who value meaningful practical exposure over short-term financial returns.
